Agave in Columbia

The food was very, very good. The only thing that was not good was the Salsa. It was very thin & no flavor. It was very bland. No bueno. Also, on the right side when you come in are tables & it is where I sat next to the wall. I kept hearing noise like someone banging on the wall. I found out the business next door throw axes & the noise was the ax hitting the wall. Not good. It was annoying. They need to sound proof it. The service was really good & the music.

This is our go to spot for Mexican. Comfortable, good food, good people. Family owned. They make their salsa new everyday so depending on who made it, it has a little variation in the flavor but ALWAYS good!

Friendly staff but I wish I'd have something other than the chicken fajita taco salad. It wasn't that great.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! The chips are absolutely amazing! I ordered the fish tacos, and OMG...they are to die for! I'm not from the area, but I definitely will be coming back!

The food was good, the service was great. A nice place to grab a tasty ten dollar lunch. I highly recommend this place. Down one star on account of the weird electrical cord at the bathroom sink for the unit in the bathroom...and the bathroom was very cold compared to the rest of the building. No complaints on the food and we really did enjoy it and the quick service. Nice people.

Ate here between lunch and supper rush. Seated quickly, served a wrong order that was switched without incident. Good hot food. Pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

Run of the mill Americanized Mexican food. If you want something approximating Mexican food slathered in queso, this will meet that requirement. Nothing special, and I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. However, I wouldn't make a fuss if someone insisted on eating there.

We used to love coming here, but the prices just keep increasing. Every time we come in their drink special is changed or gone completely. 9 dollars for a margarita that went off special 2 minutes before we sat down is a joke. Looks like we need to find a new place to eat.

The owner is just lovely, and the staff was super friendly. The menu has great classic dishes, but also some creative spins for the adventurous foodie!

Our waiter was great, the food was great, and everyone was super accommodating to my boyfriend and his walker.

I've ordered tacos with chips and queso for carry out 3 times and every time it was horribly gross and cold. I don't recommend Agave at all.

The server I had in my latest experience was more concerned with sweeping the floor than checking on me. I had to ask for everything. I recommend La Terraza if you want good food and great service.

Honestly food is not bad but not the greatest. I am eating here now with a group of 8 and they have missed one of our plates. Which is a child. We just finished our plates and the hamburger ordered finally came out along with a offer for refills. This also has been a relative experience 3 times out of the 3 times we have came. Not even a full house

Excellent neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Delicious food in an open, bright space that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time here. Watching a game at the bar or enjoying your meal on the patio area are also good options. Always a good time

Wouldn’t even give my service one star but google made me. Went in tonight to eat and server got our drinks and never came back to take our food order waited 20mins then just got up and left.

Our server clearly didn't want to be there. She messed up my order and didn't end up giving me everything I had asked for with my meal

The food here is great and not just your run of the mill Mexican menu. We just moved to the neighborhood and were checking out the local restaurants. I am thinking this will be one of our favorite spots! Lots of interesting things to try on the menu. I can't wait to go back!

Good food, clean restaurant and good service...

I had a taco salad with ground beef. It was actually a soup because the beef was so runny. Very, very gross! Our waiter was nowhere in sight so I had to carry the dish to the cash register. There was never really an apology, they simply asked if I wanted anything else. I tried a chicken taco salad and it was better, but still nothing to write home about. I have not ordered a taco salad for years and years. Nor do I eat at this restaurant. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision and I will probably not choose to dine here in the future.
